April Curci is a third-generation commercial real estate professional, holding active sales licenses in both Arizona and South Carolina. She has been immersed in the Lowcountry’s commercial real estate market since 2013 and specializes in the logistics and transportation of products coming through the Panama Canal and their dispersal across the Unites States. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a designation fewer than 10% of commercial agents can claim which demonstrates advanced proficiency in financial, market, and decision-based analysis of commercial real estate.
Curci is an Arizona native who became interested in commercial real estate in her youth while working for Transpacific Development Southwest in Phoenix, Arizona, a commercial real estate, development and property management firm that manages approximately 2 million square feet of commercial, retail and warehouse property throughout the southwest. It was in this role that she learned the ins-and-outs of the commercial real estate industry and adapted to the rigors of marketing, leasing, brokerage, and property and vendor management.
Curci graduated from the College of Charleston with a B.S. in Business Administration and three minors: Real Estate, Entrepreneurship and Biology.
After graduating, she took a position with a prominent brokerage firm as its Interim Office Coordinator, handling a wide range of duties, including information technology, real estate data entry, facilities management, deal tracking, and transaction management. Her solution-oriented nature and ability to quickly recognize problems and implement modifications and/or solutions improved the overall efficiency and reduced office expenses. She assisted with the many aspects of the back end of the brokerage division, but her true passion was always working directly with the client so she transitioned into the brokerage side of the office.
Curci’s background in commercial real estate, property management, and development will best serve her clients: whether that be with site selection, investment comparison, lease negotiation, seeking the highest return on investment, or assisting with tenant improvements, space planning and design. Curci brings her enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and loyalty to work every day.
